How to use your “PASS” Gallery

Your photos are finally ready to view and download! You would have seen a link to access your gallery. I use a gallery delivery system called PASS and have created a guide for you to easily navigate your way around the program, lets begin!

VIEWING YOUR IMAGES

1) Open your gallery using any device by clicking the link in the email I sent you

2) If prompted, sign into the guest book with your email address. This allows you to mark your favourite photos.

3) Start scrolling down to see all your images. To enlarge the image, click it on your device.

4) Some galleries will be split into sub-categories. You can skip to specific areas of the gallery using the top menu under the main image. Depending on the amount of sub-categories in a gallery, you may need to click “more” to view all the categories.

SELECTING YOUR FAVOURITE IMAGES

To favourite images, click on the heart icon by doing either of these methods:

1) Hover over an image and Icons will appear at the bottom of the photo. Click the Heart

OR

2) Click on an image to enlarge it. Then click the heart at the bottom of the image.

DOWNLOADING YOUR PHOTOS

1) Click the download icon (arrow pointing down) at the top right corner of the gallery

2) As you can see, you have 3 choices to choose from when downloading the gallery.

  • Multiple Selections: Will allow you to check the specific photos you want to download, letting you download all your favourites at once

  • Download All Photos - Websize: Download all the photos in the gallery in a smaller resolution optimized for posting on social media.

  • Download All Photos - High Res: Download all photos in the gallery in full, High resolution quality suited for Prints. Keep in mind, make sure to have a good internet connection when downloading High Res files.

I always recommend to download the High-Res files to ensure you have the best photo quality possible.

3) Select whether you want the folder of images to save to your computer or to Dropbox.

4) Click the .zip file link to download

5) Once the .zip file downloads to your computer, open it and select Extract All. This will save all the images in your gallery to your device.

DOWNLOADING ONE PHOTO AT A TIME

1) Hover or click an image you want to download.

2) Click the download icon (arrow pointing down) to save the photo onto your device.

SHARING YOUR GALLERY

To share your gallery, I suggest using the link that is included in your email to send to friends and family.

I hope this was helpful. Enjoy your images!
