Vinnie and Sonia’s The Rocks, Sydney Engagement Session

Engagement sessions are a great way to get to know your photographer before the big day and to get a feel for their shooting style. If you are feeling unsure about how you will be in front of a camera on your wedding day, I highly recommend scheduling an engagement session with your photographer and I can guarantee that you will leave that session with a burst of confidence and even more excitement for your wedding day!

Vinnie & Sonia were so lovely to photograph. We have known each other for years so I knew that confidence was not going to be a problem for them! My main focus was to capture not only their love for each other but their personalities as well. With multiple outfits highlighting their heritage, we spent the whole day exploring The Rocks in Sydney shooting in between beautiful looking alleyways, the famous Argyle Street and finishing up next to the Harbour Bridge as the sun was setting. To finish off the trip, we had to drop by Mango Koko (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) for some dinner and dessert!

It was such a great day spending time with these two legends, exploring the city and capturing the essence of their relationship and it has me even more excited to shoot their wedding in August right here in Canberra!
